I don’t just consult from the sidelines — I roll up my sleeves and lead from within. Earlier in my career I co-founded and scaled a startup, and I’ve also held senior roles in established companies. That mix of venture agility and corporate discipline lets me bridge the gap between founder reality and investor expectations.
