Known as an “executive fixer,” I’ve stepped into CEO, CFO, and Chief Restructuring Officer roles to rescue companies facing everything from financial mismanagement to operational collapse or stalled growth.
I don’t just consult from the sidelines – I roll up my sleeves and lead from within. Earlier in my career I co-founded and scaled a startup, so I understand the chaos of rapid growth and the pain points of founders. I’ve also held senior roles in established companies, giving me a blend of venture agility and corporate discipline.
